CIPS, the Permanent International Committee of Linguists, has just published its 3rd newsletter, which you can read by following the first link here.  

Although of course very little conference travel is currently taking place, student members of LAGB who have had papers papers accepted for presentation at a conference that will involve travel should note that CIPL awards 5 conference travel grants each year to student presenters, with deadlines in November and May.
