There are three different rates for attendance:
LAGB Members: £150
Non-members: £180
unwaged/students: £81
Non-members who pay the full conference fee get automatic membership of the association (see below).
There is also a pro-rata daily rate for delegates who wish to attend on one or two days only.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 8th September at the Hilton Hotel, central York. The price is £35 for three courses including wine or soft drinks and tea/coffee. When you book you will be asked to select a starter, main and dessert from the following menu:

Automatic membership for non-members
Registration for the three days of the conference by non-members includes automatic LAGB membership until January 2018 for waged delegates. Memberships will be activated by the end of September 2016. Members will receive an email notification to confirm that their membership has been activated. This offer is not available to non-members registering for a period shorter than the whole conference.

Payment confirmation and attendance certification
Once you have registered for the conference and made your on-line payment, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your registration and payment. Please note that this e-mail constitutes your receipt. No further copies will be issued later on. If you require a certificate of attendance, please notify the attendants at the registration desk when picking up your conference pack.
Accommodation
There is plenty of accommodation in central York, but the campus B&B will be the cheapest and closest option.

Conference venue
The conference will be held in and around the Berrick Saul building on the campus of the University of York.
