The Association would like to receive nominations for the role of Assistant Secretary. Nominations should be submitted to the President, Ad Neeleman (a.neeleman@ucl.ac.uk), by the end of October. In putting forward nominations, members should give regard to geographical location (ideally the new Assistant Secretary would be someone from a HEI not currently represented on the committee) and expertise (someone with expertise in phonology would be desirable with a view to abstract selection).
