on language and ethnic identity: Urum and Pontic Greeks in Georgia"
based at the University of Bielefeld has an open PhD position for
individuals with a masters in linguistics, more information to be found

(I don't know if there's any way of starting slightly later, in case someone's really eager and is going to be finishing in June or so, but it may be worth asking)

Apparently, if you fulfil the formal requirements you'll be invited to
send in a proposal which will be decisive for the selection, so for a
start a simple application should be enough considering the little time
left.
