FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS
The 1st UCL Graduate Conference in Linguistics welcomes submissions from graduate students (MPhil/PhD students) on any topic in the following areas of linguistics:
- Syntax
- Morphology
- Semantics

- Pragmatics
- Phonology
- Phonetics
|
- Neurolinguistics
- Psycholinguistics
- Language acquisition
|
The conference will comprise oral and poster presentations. The length of oral presentations will be 25 minutes (plus 15 minutes of discussion).

Abstract format and submission
Abstracts should be no more than 2 pages long (A4 or letter-sized). This includes data (which can be interspersed throughout the text), and references. (Minimum 12 pt. font, 1-inch or 2.5-cm margins and standard character spacing and line height should be used). Abstracts should not contain the author’s name or any other information that may lead to the identification of the author. All abstracts will be peer reviewed. The deadline for abstract submission is 10 June 2013. Abstracts are to be submitted in Word or PDF format via the LinguistList EasyAbs submission system: http://linguistlist.org/easyabs/uclling.gc2013. There you will be asked to indicate whether your abstract is to be considered for oral or poster presentation or both as well as the area of language research that it falls in. Also indicate your affiliation.
