You may well be aware of the current move to make a wide swathe of redundancies in Arts and Humanities at the University of Roehampton and to close courses. English Language and Linguistics will be drastically affected by these cuts; the MA TESOL, now in the School of Education, will also be closed.
I have written a letter the the Vice Chancellor and other relevant members of the senior leadership team, expressing shock and concern at this move and urging a rethink; you can find a copy of the letter in the "Policy Documents" section of the website.
