Session 4: Beyond the thesis: managing the transition between PhD and academic life.

Our panelists (Dr Laura Bailey, Dr Rebecca Woods, Dr Christina Kim and Dr Jonathan Kasstan) will discuss academic job applications/interviews (both within the UK and outside), designing a five-year plan, the impact agenda, getting published, postdocs and research grants, and other matters.
