LAGB 2016 Exhibitor Opportunities

The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Linguistics Association of Great Britain will be held at the University of York.

Exhibitors may register to have an exhibit or advertise at the conference by emailing michelle.sheehan@anglia.ac.uk.


General information

Delegate numbers/lists

We anticipate that over 100 delegates will register for this event. We do not currently offer the delegate list for purchase by exhibitors.


Exhibition times

Exhibitors are invited to have displays between 7-9 September 2016. Exhibition times will overlap with refreshment breaks and lunch hours. 


Exhibition fees

There is fee of £230 per manned stall. This includes up to two inserts in the conference packs and up to two delegates in attendance. Any additional delegates are expected to register for this event in the usual way.

There is fee of £170 per unmanned stall. This includes up to two inserts in the conference packs.


Inserts for conference packs

All inserts for conference packs should be sent to the following address to arrive by Monday 15th August at the latest.

There is fee of £50 for a single insert (up to A4 in size), £85 for two inserts and £120 for three inserts.


Materials for exhibitor displays

Books and display materials need to arrive by Monday 15 August 2016.

Delivery address for books and book display materials:

The delivery address for books/display materials is TBC, but will be added here shortly.

Books will be available for collection by courier from the same address after the event.


Payment of exhibitor fees

Invoices can be settled by credit/debit card, transfer or (if absolutely necessary) cheque.
